Few sips I had of the drink was okay, maybe the ice is better (since I got mostly that)...

I came to your Starbucks on April 25th 3:30 pm. Not happy at all with the service. You had a line of customers, but never put a smile on your face Samantha. You had one other young girl working that did great, but you made mistakes in order taking and blamed it on her. I felt sorry for her. Samantha needs to be talked to about customer service. She was on her phone as well while making food. Not a great experience. Please fix this. Times are awful right now we all get that but you need to step up to the plate and be considerate.

It's at the airport where I work. Always friendly and my drinks are perfect.

Had three hours between flights. Had breakfast in Las Vegas before a 43 minute flight. All I wanted was a cold drink and Starbucks filled the need. Service was good as was my drink.

Latte tasted just like it does at any other Starbucks! Clean, good service, cute Arizona themed products. I'm sure they get busy every morning but this is an airport.

Our first ever visit to the airport in Phoenix, we found this Starbucks to be very nice. Service was excellent as well as the Mocha Frappe's we ordered. Would definitely go back to this location if we returned to this airport.

Stopped on in Sky Harbor International Airport on our way to Vancouver and ordered a Moka Frappuccino and loved it as usual . It’s Slow and the line was Long but We had enough time,

Grabbed a quick drink before our flight. Cue was long as expected but only one person on the till and one person making the drinks with 5 people wandering around looking busy and a lady walking around welcoming everyone to the shop and exclaiming how busy it was Perhaps if they all served and bothered to help their customers perhaps they could have exceeded customers expectation and dealt with them quickly and not left them waiting while the other staff walked around to look busy doing nothing

Wherever your travels may take you, One can always depend on the quality and consistency of Starbucks. The coffee here is piping hot, the service is fast and efficient and most of all satisfying.
