We came here for a girls night tonight and were blown away by our experience. I’ve been to State 48 before but this was my first time at this location. We had the most lovely server(Sky) who was so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! We also had awesome interaction with the GM Chase. I am a faithful fan of State 48 Brewery. Which is why I went to them first when I was tasked with hosting a group of delegates from the next host city for Final Four. Chase, the manager, met me at the door with a smile and a warm greeting. Once I introduced myself and the needs of our group, he immediately went to work on a plan for what will amount to a fun, delicious, and memorable experience for our out-of-town guests. We stopped there before a show nearby. I was a bit disappointed they ran out of the imperial IPA, but I had the Teddy (another high alcohol IPA) and it was delicious. My girlfriend had an espresso martini and it was excellent. For food, I couldn't decide between a burger or wings, so I did both. The dry rub wings were perfectly cooked and delicious, and so was hamburger with gorgonzola and mushrooms. My girlfriend had the fish and child and it was great as well.
