Strings Ramen Shop is a restaurant that serves flavorful ramen. The sichuang ramen is delicious, with a nice and savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The gyukotsu is excellent, with tender and rich beef and a broth with a depth of flavor. The shrimp tempura is well fried with good taste. The pork is very good and the veg are fresh, but the miso broth is too salty. The kara age is crispy and hot. The restaurant is pristine, and the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Service is quick, even when the place is packed with big groups. The food is up to the standard of Strings, although the broth could be a teeny bit warmer. It is a good spot for ramen lovers, though those with a garlic allergy may find few choices.
