Just ordered off Uber Eats and didn't realize that the buy one get one subs couldn't be mix matched, called the store and the gentleman I spoke to Damarcio, was Incredible. Asia his manager was also Amazing. After explaining my situation, thinking I could get two separate subs reluctantly agreed to give me such. That was very kind to them. They did not have to do that. These two individuals are the epitome of great customer service. Thank you very much.
The lady that works the 3rd shift, usually by herself, deserves a raise! She is always polite, professional and puts up with so much garbage from to many ignorant people. I appreciate the hard work she does.
Ordered a hot honey steak nachos. Received without steak. Tried to call to resolve but got no response. Was on lunch break so no way to go back and have it corrected. Second time one of the employees failed to actually read what was on the food ticket.

Subway provides great food and a good atmosphere, despite some inconsistency in cleanliness and veggie-to-sauce ratio on sandwiches. The service can be exceptional, with friendly staff making an effort to ensure a positive experience. They offer a BOGO free deal on sandwiches, including the Subway Series, and although breakfast options may be limited, the overall quality of the food is satisfying.
