Not my first visit here but may be the last. I placed an online order as 1139am for a 1240pm pu time. I arrive early and did not mind that wait time. My pu time comes and goes and my order has not even been started! One couple getting their order made when I arrived. Another person walks in and he is taken care of. I love subway they don't mess up my order the only thing that irritates me is that I order online it says pick up at a certain time I get there and my order is never ready.. And then they assume I ordered to the wrong location which us understandable but its really just their system. So if anything call beforehand to make sure it got started, which honestly I wish it wasn't something I had to do
