The food is absolutely incredible and uniquely styled, offering a great fusion and a new way to try sushi. The Mexican inspiration behind the rolls is notable. Specific menu highlights include the amazing Vulcan roll, the carnivore roll for meat fans, and the fresón roll for seafood fans. The Cielo mar y Tierra roll is also mentioned. Perfectly cooked wings, waffle fries, desserts like horchata, and enhancements like their special soy sauce and chipotle cream receive high praise.
