Me and friends went to this taco bell after working out and this is what happened. We ordered our food and they gave us the wrong taco and it was cold, but it was okay. The cinnamon twist tasted like chlorine and when we ordered dessert, they messed up the order twice. While eating we saw a bug and there was trash on the floor there!
this location is the only reason i’m still giving taco bell my money. the service is so friendly and fast, sometimes they’ll even draw little smiley faces or leave notes on my boxes, which feels so much better than sbux because they’re not forced to lol. most importantly however, they still offer the build your own cravings box!! i was devastated to find out a lot of locations in phoenix have ceased to carry the best thing on the menu.
