Ordered curbside pick up, they never came out, waited for about 25 min, got down and rang the doorbell and sure enough they gave me my order very fast. It’s better to pick up inside rather than choosing curbside

They really took care to meet me where I was at: first time ever at a cheesecake factory and made me really enjoy my stay. Saw/heard some guest and waiter speak and they were regulars that had been missed. Really good to see the servers can build this type of relationship with their guests :)
Very helpful when I had to leave earlier than planned, and had to pack up quickly. Would recommend, especially this Location!

Jess was a great waitress! She greeted us with a smile and informed us on what was good from the menu. As my husband has a dairy allergy, she made sure to inform the kitchen about it and took extra care of making sure our food was handled properly. She also kept checking in frequently to make sure our drinks were refilled and if we needed anything. Jess is the perfect example of excellent customer service and we want to go back to this location to see her again! Cheesecake Factory...
