I’ve been in corporate management for years. I understand the impact a customer service rep has on a business; they can make or break a biz. I order $200/week of Crumbl for my employees and decided to try Biff’s. The girl who answered was overly helpful and patient, the second time we called was a young man who had patience, professionalism and was kind.
