Had to go back twice today after ordering a spicy chicken sandwich because the chicken was rock hard, extremely thin and dry. Wendy’s was my favorite place to go to order this and I def won’t be back. Still received the same quality chicken after replacing it.

Wendy's offers a regular menu with just hamburger and fries fare. Despite some issues with the Frosty machine and mobile app, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and the service quality is better during the daytime hours. The cashier had some trouble with speaking English, and the dining room, floors, and restrooms could use more cleaning. However, the service is generally good, and the manager on duty is great. The drive-up service is also excellent, though the grilled chicken wrap could be improved by better wrapping. Overall, Wendy's has room for improvement in terms of service quality and app functionality to enhance the customer experience.
