Service was friendly and fairly efficient. Order was correct and food was hot and appeared fresh. Dining room was bright and clean.
I highly recommend everyone to go to this restaurant good food good service and good management this is the first time in 6 years that i had a good experience there hezekiah is a real good manger there i wish it was more friendly management
The store was clean, but there was a strange smell coming from the kitchen area. The food was ok a little bit sloppy. Wait time for food was slow.
Wendy's offers a regular menu with just hamburger and fries fare. Despite some issues with the Frosty machine and mobile app, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and the service quality is better during the daytime hours. The cashier had some trouble with speaking English, and the dining room, floors, and restrooms could use more cleaning. However, the service is generally good, and the manager on duty is great. The drive-up service is also excellent, though the grilled chicken wrap could be improved by better wrapping. Overall, Wendy's has room for improvement in terms of service quality and app functionality to enhance the customer experience.
