Quick, cooked and fresh and moist, line moved fast. Not a lot of banter or chit chat. There to serve and go. I get it. One of quicker sites at ant airport I have experienced. Right next to my gate, very convenient.

When it comes to airport fast food, it’s usually standard to expect the worst. The team members at this Wendy’s location were probably the fastest of all the dozens of airport fast foods I’ve experienced. Out of line, ordered, and fed in 5 minutes. And with a smile. The cold brew is one of the grossest things I’ve ever drank but that’s not the employees fault. I should know better. As far as airport fast food goes, this is as good as an experience as you can get.

Seem to close whenever they choose. Google and their OWN app says 10pm. Placed a mobile order and was told they were closed when I arrived. I asked more questions but I must’ve been talking to a wall because nobody responded.

A fairly standard experience. Ordered food and it arrived in around 5 minutes, which is a reasonable wait for a busy airport.
Staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was clean.
There was a limited menu offered, but our food arrived warm and crispy.

This was the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. It was actually so bad that I had to spit out my first bite. The smell was also terrible so I should have known before even taking a bite. The airport was so packed, and that was my only chance for a quick breakfast. Disappointed.

I had one of those fancy longe passes but ran out of time to use it. A little disappointed I decided to grab a quick bite at wendys. I eat Wendy pretty regularly. The line is crowded but that was the best, extra most prettiest Wendy's burger I have had in a while. Well done Wendy's airport crew, chef's kiss.
Emptiness in everyone’s eyes there. Such slow and confused movements. Got multiple orders wrong and couldn’t comprehend what customers were asking for. Don’t order here if you need a quick bite before boarding because speed is not their strong suit.

Wendy's is in Terminal 4, past security. This means that you can take your purchases on-board your flight. Be prepared to pay for this convenience. Two Dave's Singles and one cookie exhausted a $20. If you wish you can eat there, there is a to-go option and a credit card order kiosk. It's also near the terminal restrooms. The food is consistent, and the service average.

Menu items are shown at self order kiosk that the store doesn't have. Once you order, you'll wait to get your food, and then after waiting forever they'll tell you they don't have it. Since you aren't told til after you pay, you need a refund, but some staff would just shrug at you once saying you need it and won't help. Someone stepped up to help, but this is insane.

This crew is awesome! I had a horrible travel day leading up to my final connecting flight here in Phoenix. I almost headed home on an empty stomach as a final straw to a crappy day. Best Wendy's I have had in a long time. Definitely better than the ones near my house in St. Louis MO. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Perfect between flights.
