Very bad burger, uneatable. Also no where to sit. Basically a waste of money and time.

Hamburger fans: try this place. The burger is nicely executed, and the fries do not take prisoners. I think you get at least 2 potatoes worth in the $5 sack. The eponymous wine-onions+manchego sandwich is an interesting combination. It didn't speak to me, but I'd come back for a classic burger given the quality of my meal there.

Zinburger and Samburger were both delicious.
This was my first time to try a Zinburger. I had not heard of it before. At first, the name made me think it was some kind of vegan oddity, but no. They are good old fashioned beef burgers.
The plain burger came with 2 quarter pound patties that were perfectly charred! Each bite was a juicy, meaty combination of the hot patty and cold lettuce. The fries were plentiful, and seasoned just right. In fact, even though I was enjoying them I found I couldnt finish them. Service was very pleasant, and they even provided a cup of ice for my bottled soda at no charge. It's not ultra fast, and it costs more like everything else in the airport, but it was worth the wait and the extra cost for a fully satisfying meal before I boarded the plane. If you find yourself in the Phoenix Airport, I highly recommend you get one to go!

Pretty standard burger for a fairly typical airport price. Service was a bit slow, but it was acceptable.

We fly out of terminal 4 a lot, and this location rarely seems to be open. Finally got a chance to grab a milkshake before a flight. The counter service staff was rude, but the shake was good, but far from worth the $10 price tag .

Horrible overcooked hockey pucks that took forever to get. Don't waste your money.

You can see the staff screwing around in the back, while you wait 30 minutes for your food. And then it comes out wrong and they have no answer or choose not to.

Overpriced even by airport standards. Had a plain burger and water that totaled $18. Burger was way overcooked/burned and the burn was also burnt

Wife and I just had a burger and onion rings here. Everything was outstanding! Staff was friendly, payment was easy, maybe 10 minute wait while they cooked to order. It's in the airport, so you eat at the gate. I would definitely eat here again.

Probably the best burger š I've ever had in airports.
Love the caramelized onion on top of their juicy patty, even though they only have stand-up table for dine-in, but definitely worth worth grabbing a bite when transfer at PHX.

Staff were very friendly and the food was good. Wait was normal for beef burger. Some people donāt understand that fried chicken takes longer.

Expensive-but my burger was excellent!
I wasted $30 and about 20 minutes of my time waiting to receive a melted milkshake and a cold āSam burgerā. The staff misplaced my order and mixed my burger and fries with another customer. They did not offer to remake any of my food nor did they even attempt to find my order. Iām confident I ended up with someone elseās food. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
