We were sitting at the bar and given a menu-we asked for a water to start-there was maybe one or two other couples at the place. The bartender who gave us the menu made eye contact with us when he asked what we wanted to drink- we said water to start. He never spoke or came back with water. He did continued to chat with other workers and walk by us for the next hour.

The brussel sprouts are really good! Quick and friendly service, generous wine pours. This is probably the best food I've had in an airport, and I'd probably go there even if I wasn't trapped in an airport!

Everyone is so nice The food was amazing. We had the best experience, especially the management team the food was 10 out of 10.

Just left the bar Prices were a bit too high but the bartender was ignorant When we sat down we ordered a vodka sprite The bartender asked what type of vodka A little later a man came to the bar and asked for a bourbon The bartender poured jack daniels The man wasn't asked what kind of bourbon he wanted he just poured the jack When the man asked for another bourbon the bartender got agitated and started giving a HUGE attitude to the man and even slammed the glass down with the bourbon The man was upset and left and then the bartender started talking bad about the customer I will never go to this establishment again The bartender wouldn't give me his name but he needs to be fired

Average food at high price and slow service is what most expect at an airport restaurant. Here you will not be disappointed average to poor food at a high price brought to you very slowly. However Skyharbor's restaurants are usually much miluch better than this. If you have a choice choose one of the other restaurants

Incredibly expensive for iHop food plus they automatically apply a 20% tip. Would not recommend.

My favorite restaurant to go to so far in the Phoenix airport while connecting flights. The decor is nice, kind of gives a high end saloon feel with a center bar with higher-tiled ceiling. The service is either decent to exceptional, haven't had a bad experience here yet. I think food here is nice for airport food. I've had the steak frite entree and salads before and was impressed. The pork belly I tried today is actually better than than the pork belly baguette , I'm really happy with this dish. Their zinc burgers are solid as well.

Chicken sandwich tasted good, but felt like it was thrown together in 30 seconds. FI bet the French fries would be good if they were hot but they werent. I told the waitress I was ready to check out, 20 mins later I'm now saying I have to go. Expensive for what was served up.

Food wasn't too bad for an airport restaurant. My server was great. The place can get crowded and loud. It does have outlets to plug in laptops and charge phones.

The Zinc Breakfast croissant is excellent, especially with ham and tomato...Service is excellent and the ambiance with the French modern music... I would come back... The view is excellent too.

They were out of everything and the waitress was so embarrassed, but she handled it well. But I will say the egg bagel was good, bacon was raw, so I didn't touch it and didn't dare ask the waitress to take it back, her day was already having a rough start... but then again, so was

It was a busy night at the airport, we couldn't find a place to get in. At Zinc Brasserie we got in right away. The waiter was attentive but not intrusive. The food came quick and it was fresh, but let me tell you about the wedge... Before we go any further I must state for the record that I am somewhat of a notable wedge salad critic in Sacramento. The lynchpin of a good wedge is the iceberg's freshness. I was pleasantly surprised by the wetness and crunch of the head. The toppings were standard with a surprise, roasted hazelnuts straight from the Willamette. I expect this quality from a bistro, but for an airport, this was truly above and beyond. 5 stars Zinc Brasserie!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
