Everyone is friendly and they work very efficiently together. The lady tending bar had a great upbeat personality even though she was so busy and she was great at multitasking. Great job! “Was on a short trip for the snow and the kids wanted Pizza. Was not looking forward to driving to Payson for Pizza. Was able to pick up pizza, wings, and a salad in less than 30 minutes and it was less than a mile away.”

“Cool little spot on the left side as your driving into Pine. Wood fired pizza next door in the main restaurant, whisky, wine, and beer in the tap room. Small area, only seats about 15 people in the tap room. People have been great, service suffers because it gets so packed. Otherwise, great spot to grab a brew and a bite on your way into Pine or Strawberry.

Parking: Large parking area right off the 87, plenty of parking, even for large rigs with trailers.

Kid-friendliness: Great outdoor area for kids. Ample outdoor seating makes it pretty kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is gravel, might be troublesome to wheel to pavement.”

“Was it worth the half hour drive? YES!!! What a treat from the white linen table cloths; quiet atmosphere; friendly service to the DELICIOUS food. The first Italian food that didn’t give me heart burn. We ordered an appetizer not on the menu and not only did they accommodate but Chef Ricki came out to personally discuss how we wanted it prepared. You know a confident chef when he comes out to check with his patrons on their satisfaction. Lovely servers with knowledge of the dishes. The pasta is light allowing a perfect blend of tastes whatever the topping and you don’t feel so full from too much pasta. I love that. I didn’t need to take unfinished food home though the portions are generous. Can’t wait to go back.”

My second time in the Host was acting very strange to me, Asian lady, the server was great (Mary). The host kept harassing me and seemed to not want me in the establishment. She tried to get me to eat some strange peppers that I did not ask for. It is disappointing because I really liked my first experience without the interference from the strange lady hostess.”

“The service was great! They remembered my favorite drink and milk preferences and even gave recommendations based off of it! The place feels very relaxed, like they won't rush you to make your order. They treat you more than some number, you are a friend, family or neighbor. Today I had her new cookie Mallow Dreams and it was SOO GOOD! I had to happy dance as I gobbled it down, lol! I also got a hot chocolate with her housemade Sesame sauce. There is outdoor seating around if you want to enjoy your coffee there. It's in the same parking lot as the main building of the Strawberry Inn, can't miss it. We really enjoyed our drinks!”
