“The portions are decent. Good quality is good. They have an amazing hot chocolate. I don’t get the hype: it’s a great restaurant, but in my opinion, not good enough to justify waiting 1/2 hour for a table, or illegally parking on the dollar store property. I’ll eat here in a heartbeat if I’m hungry, I drive by, and the parking lot isn’t overflowing. Unfortunately those stars seldom align.“

“I love this place, we come almost every time we’re up on the mountain. Their hamburger buns literally make burgers something I crave. The almond croissants are super yummy as well! I also love the sun-dried tomato sourdough!! I make it in the morning with a little bit of ricotta and a fried egg. It’s not a complete trip up the mountain if I don’t stop at Baked in Pinetop!!“

“Loved it. Have been going here for years, starting out with the one on McDowell many years ago. Hadn't been in a little while, busy life. Went today & had a very delicious pizza with pepperoni. It was excellent as always. We also love the bread with the butter that's served while we're waiting. Atmosphere is great, love the flags on the walls, very clean & we didn't have to wait very long for our pizza. The only bummer was that they didn't have our favorite Cerreta's mints for our dessert. We were told they were having a hard time getting them & we always looked forward to having them after dinner. This place is one of our faves.“

“I unfortunately had a very negative experience here. After eating the food, I experienced severe diarrhea all night. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and hygiene more seriously, as this was extremely unpleasant. I experienced severe stomach pain and diarrhea throughout the night, which completely ruined our trip. I believe this indicates a serious issue with food safety or preparation, and I hope you will address this promptly to prevent this from happening to other customers. My salmon was very tasty, but the mashed potatoes had no flavor. The salads were very plentiful and fresh.“

“We do recommend El Patron but we had a bad experience recently. My wife and I picked up an order to go consisting of Chicken flautas and Enchilada a La Crema chicken. We had to throw everything in the trash because the entire order tasted like fish. It was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing because we have had good food there before. In fact, El Patron is normally our go to in Pinetop. Luckily, we only ate a small amount and did not get sick.“

“I've been enjoying el rancho restraunt pretty much my whole life the sisters are so nice and even had to babysit me a few times I've learned over the years for that I am sorry..lol.. but really everytime I go up i don't hesitate and head there the very 1st day im there the food is always the best and always has the best fresh chips and salsa i cant get enough of then I recomend getting a cheese crisp to go with for my appetizers then I always get the bean and cheese burrito I'm one of those simple eaters that don't like to change it up for as long as I can remember and thats since the 1980's so if your ever in pinetop you must try el rancho you won't regret it I always leave stuffed and with a chocalate mint when I leave.. the sisters aka the owners will make sure you enjoy everything and will treat you like family.. thanks for all the positive memories el rancho you really are the best“

“Alberto’s in Pinetop not only has great food (their chili rellano burrito is crave-able) but they also have amazing deserts! I live in Show Low and will DoorDash my food from the Pinetop Aliberto’s because it is just that good!!“

“Real Fresh Mexican Food! We were in a pinch and needed food for a meeting and Aliberto’s to the rescue. Food was amazing and warm, even the chip, when we received it. The salsa were so flavorful! Highly recommend Aliberto’s Wagon Wheel.“

“Some buffet items weren't quite up to temp, and the steak was passable, but everything else was delicious.
Ordered potato skins, and the only downside was the cheddar cheese wasn't at att melted, but the potato itself was well prepared and seasoned, and the skin still snapped at each bite.
