“Love their sandwiches. I always get a cold sub, but most of their sandwiches are toasted and hot. I admire that they give back to the fire departments. I wish every restaurant was able to do that or something similar; give back and it will be returned to...I believe that.“
“It’s subway, you’ll get exactly what you should expect, which is a broadly underwhelming assortment of questionable meats and mid-grade ingredients slapped together by an underpaid employee who’s likely a lot more worried about how they’re going to pay their rent than the quality of your sandwich. The hourly pay rate for employees is likely disproportionately low compared to the $14 footlong expense incurred by the customer. In three years I’ve rarely seen the same employee twice. Get it together, corporate. But who am I, just a guy who occasionally enjoys a scrappy sandwich in a pinch- your customer base. I highly recommend.“

“I ordered from subway on DoorDash and the Dasher I got canceled my entire order when they didn’t have one item I ordered instead of just canceling that piece of the order and he was kind of rude so, I called over to Subway to understand like what they didn’t have and the manager just went above and beyond for me, his name is Harvey, to make sure that I got my food and I was happy and I just really appreciate him so very much“
