“Super patient and friendly staff for my extremely undecided child changing her mind several times as to which she wanted, ice cream stores are not a frequent visit for us so not sure if it's the norm in the industry but it was cool to watch them chop up and mix everything together actually have an even amount throughout each bite rather than the typical dump all the toppings on top made the ice cream much more enjoyable“

I ended up going with the birthday cake shake and it was absolutely incredible—perfect flavor, smooth, and just straight-up delicious. Definitely one of those “should’ve gotten a large” moments instead of the small!

“We had family together and stopped by Cold Stone for some desert. We had a family group of 11 and had no problems being served. The staff was great at answering questions and providing samples. We all got what we wanted and were very happy. There were great choices of delicious ice creams and plenty of mix-ins to choose from. We had a great time there.“
