“These 5 stars are for Jessica! Thank you for your help fixing my online order. On the other hand, the app is not very easy to correct a mistake. I ordered a next day delivery and it reset to ASAP. It was an office so that wasn’t going to work. Jessica called who she needed to and called me back after she fixed the issue promptly! Thank you a bunch!“

“My friends and I went here a couple of weeks ago to get some shaved ice and we were met by a really nice and welcoming employee named Mack. He was so sweet and answered all of our questions. We ended up going with the sour pink lemonade after Mack suggested it to us! It was so good! I’m so pleased with my experience here.“

“The service is amazing. The person who helped me was named Fransisco and he was super awesome and friendly and we had a good conversation while I waited for my cookies. 10/10 recommend this place and also give Fransisco a raise. Great worker.“
