ordered 2 boxes a Sprite and a Root Beer. Didn't know they had diet drinks. I'm diabetic we got home and drinks were sweet tea and Dr. Pepper. The drink alone could put me in a diabetic comma. Called and talked the Mgr. Allie. oh well can't do nothing about the mix up? What? not going to go back to they. terrible and the little chicken pieces you could put in your eye. WTF Canes.
Needs to bring one to Columbia, I have to drive a hour to get y’all famous chicken and sauce…

The staff is friendly and strives to handle busy times well. The restaurant serves fresh food, including hot fries and cold lemonade, with many customers expressing their love for the chicken. The environment is clean, and staff members are attentive, often checking on customers and bringing food to their tables. Customers appreciate the pleasant and professional staff, who remain friendly even when customers are in a bad mood. One customer noted that the food was nice and hot, and the staff's friendliness made the experience better. However, some reviews mention small chicken pieces, minimal fries, and soggy or half-cooked fries, which can be disappointing. Occasionally, food portions and freshness may not meet expectations, but overall, the location remains popular for those craving Cane's quality.
