Recently changed owner, name and menu. Ambiance is great with lovely indoor and outdoor seating. New menu is standard Mexican offerings. First week so hopefully they shake out the cobwebs and there is a new menu coming. Manager was informative and helpful.
Bandolero Cocina de Mexico is a beautifully decorated restaurant with excellent food and service. The dishes, such as Pozole soup, Fajitas, burritos, and Chile rellenon, are delicious. The restaurant has a dog-friendly patio and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive and courteous, and the decor is upscale. The guacamole with pomegranate seeds and roasted corn, queso fundido con chorizo, and Al Pastor are popular items. Overall, it's a great spot with a great experience.
