“Excellent service—and they serve generous portions! Even though it’s a chain, not all branches serve you the same way. Personally, I love the concept and the flavor. I hadn't visited in a while because the branch just a block from my house—near Fashion Square—serves miserly bowls (filling them only about halfway), and for that reason, I stopped going. Today, however, I happened to be in this area, so I gave this particular branch a try, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll be back soon!“
“This is the most consistently good Chipotle I have ever frequented. They are fast. And I mean lightning fast. Doesn't matter how busy they are, I get through the line in just a few minutes. Portions are good. Atmosphere is a little better than most Chipotles. Dining room is a little crowded, but they also have outdoor seating for those cool AZ. Winters. You have to ask for a code to the bathrooms though.“
“The people there were so nice. It was very speedy, we were in and out. We got some food to go and I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to get home. I actually decided to stop at the car wash, so while I was in the car wash I opened up my food so I could take some bites, it was not disappointing.

“Wooed by the meticulous wood and metal atmosphere I wandered into the Chipotle, my family in tow. I decided to order tacos despite my better judgement and general hatred of soggy tortillas.
Against all odds I was able to finish one taco before my children beckoned me to the lavatory. Sigh. The bathrooms were quite clean outside the stench of he who came before me.
We finished the business of the body and made our way back to the table. My remaining tacos, soggy.
Do I blame Chipotle? I do not. This is life. Grab a fork and enjoy the tacos as they come“

“A lot of tables were not clean when I arrived. I was not able to sit where I initially wanted to sit because of it.
The spoons container was in the wrong spot. Found plastic knives with the cutting end up and threw them out.
The mandarin agua fresca lid was not sitting flat on top because of a bulge in the middle on the left side.
The amount of fatty juice from the barbacoa, was the least and best that I have ever had of all the times I have ordered it.
The tortillas were not 100% soft compared to all the other times I have ordered the same item from other locations. The tortillas were still foldable and edible.“

“The people working there are very nice and friendly.
I felt welcome.
It's Chipotle. So, the food is tasty and a great deal for the amount of calories and protein.
The atmosphere gets a 4 star because it's located in Scottsdale, which is occupied by snobby clientele, and the ceiling had some clearly visible water damage.
Parking: Large parking lot with a strip mall. A lot of vehicle traffic with minimal foot traffic.
Busy during and around lunch hours.“
“Hello, my name is Harry. I have nonverbal learning disorder and mild autism. I often times have trouble communicating at times. I like going to Chipotle because the menu is simple, and I am always greeted with a smile. A person who works there that always does this for me is an amazing lady named Lu. I also enjoy the high-quality ingredients that the company chipotle chooses to use.
I used to enjoy getting the burritos but recently I switched to the bowls because it is healthier and was a recommendation from my life coach. I am walking the walk and slowly changing my entire diet.
Today was especially special trip to chipotle a cook stopped what he was doing to help serve my food. I have high respect for this individual. He could have just kept cooking or doing something else in the back, but he didn't. He choose to help me with high class customer service. I think the Indvidual's made it special for me.
The reason why I like my interactions with Lu is because she has a spark to her, and she truly brings good energy to the entire food court. I can tell everyone that works with her enjoys working with her as well.
I am excited to for my next trip later this week. I am personally working on not going to the same food places every day and make more food at home. Thanks again Chipotle for everything you do.“
“I was in Friday after work and ordered a Chicken bowl. There was someone who must have been a District Manager or something. He jumped in on my order and told the team to give bigger scoops of proteins and had them add more to my bowl. As i moved on to check out I heard him saying to the team that they need to give generous servings and give the customer more. Really great experience there and will be back!“
“This location used to be ok, but not the greatest. Although today I went in and the service was just phenomenal! They were fast, put the right amount, everything was fresh, they weren't out of anything. The store was clean and everyone was happy and smiling! Love it!“
“came in about 45 mins before close and jeff not only made me the best burrito ever, but he provided the most hospitality and all around best service i’ve not only had at a chipotle but at any resturant i’ve tried in AZ yet. not only him, but all the staff was extremely kind and just amazing. i can’t wait to come back! thank you guys so much!“
