We enjoyed the atmosphere, even though we did not have reservations we were seated within 10 min. The wait staff (Wolfe and Cayden) were very courteous and professional. The food was outstanding, we particularly enjoyed the tuna tartar appetizer, but everything else (grouper, salmon, mushrooms) was delicious. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, and they brought out a beautiful little Signature Butter Cake. This was a wonderful dining experience for us, we will we back!

From the Butcher Block, Rib-eye steaks to grill for Thanksgiving with mom! Reverse sear over mesquite. 15 minutes each side to internal temp of 125* then 2 minutes over 375 flame. They were perfect medium, although I prefer a little more rare but still pink and oh so moist and tender.
