“I had Panera deliver food to my hospital room and did the delivery through the app,
meaning Panera delivered it. Luis is a 5 star Panera employee. He brought it right up to my room, made sure it stayed warm, nothing spilled or flipped over, and was so kind. Given it was late, there wasn’t hospital staff to help bring it up to my room but because of Luis, that wasn’t a worry. Thank you so much!!“
“The team here is absolutely fantastic! They were super sweet and gave us an extra cookie and a discount after our food got stolen (along with a full remake of course) And were so kind and understanding. The food was great and our in person experience just warms the heart. I hope everyone in there has a wonderful night. :)“
