The staff, though a bit stretched due to unexpected closures, are friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Despite a minor issue with a bone in the chicken pot pie, the delicious salmon and overall good atmosphere earn Phil's Grill a solid 4-star rating. Close to home, it's worth a visit for the views, food, and welcoming atmosphere.
