Salad and Go is always one of my favorite places to eat, but today Breanna made the experience even better! I used to work at In-N-Out, so I really notice great customer service, and she absolutely nailed it! She took my order politely, was upbeat and energetic, asked clarifying questions, and made sure to offer add-ons without being pushy. She was by far the best order taker I’ve had at this location. Thank you, Breanna, for the awesome service—you made my day!
I come here every once in a while and see the same little girl at the window shes very respectful and kind and seems so happy to see me and knows my name!! All those mornings she greets me with the cutest smile Just found out her Name was Autumn great job young lady, they need to hire more nice and respectful people because I've had issues in the past about rude customers service at the windows and on the mic but great job keep up the good work!
