The Starbucks Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock offers a pleasant stay with spacious and well-appointed suites, a great pool area with a shallow end and water features for kids, and a pool bar serving tasty cocktails. The resort provides free onsite laundry, a convenient amenity for families. Guests can enjoy happy hour with live music and Starbucks coffee with free refills in the morning. The resort also offers stargazing as an onsite activity, led by an astronomer. While the hotel has some nice amenities, there is room for improvement in terms of service. The hallways to the rooms feel a bit dingy, and some guests experienced issues with room service and cleanliness. However, the staff is generally friendly and accommodating, and the resort's Pueblo-style architecture and scenic views make for a pleasant stay.
