Consistently excellent food quality. New employee in training accidentally gave us the wrong order but quickly rectified the error. Went through the drive thru but have eaten in the restaurant a few times and it is always clean with congenial staff. Best cod sandwich I've ever had. Won't eat at ff restaurants but Culver's is an exception we make twice a year.
The ice cream was hyped up by a couple locals but when I saw their menu, it's basically a frozen yogurt but made with custard ice cream. There are just 2 flavors, vanilla and chocolate. There are a variety of toppings and add-ins but just those two basic flavors. The ice cream was fine.
The service is spectacular. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. The lady at the register was very patient and helped walk me through the soft serve menu.

We saw the outstanding reviews thousands of others put, and went in thinking we would love it.... but in our case at least we couldn't see what all the hype was about. They have some unique menu items which were ok at best, so so food overall.
