Dunkin' Donuts in Sierra Vista

“Corporate needs to look into this particular DDs. The reviews are very concerning. I
went into the dunkin donuts inside Walmart Sierra Vista AZ. The girl asked if I could wait while she filled online orders and then I would be next I said sure no problem well she finished and went to the other counter and started waiting on that customer so I said excuse me you told me I was next and she told me that I had to wait a few more minutes. I walked out. That was absolutely poor customer service and on top that she lied to my face. I left without making a purchase I was so mad. I probably won't go back to that location. She needs to be taught manners and how customer flow works“

“Jonathan is the best employee Ive come across. Was extremely nice, greeted me with a big smile, professional, I was short money on my order and he covered the difference. (I watched him swipe his debit card). Employees like this should be valued and taken care of. Thanks Jonathan!“
