Dunkin' Donuts in Tucson

“What a pleasant surprise I had this morning! Just stopped for a coffee and donut at the Tucson Airport Dunkin Donuts, and I instantly had a smile put on my face just being in the presence of Danesa. She was quick, efficient, and communicative, but she was also so friendly it made my morning.

Airports can be miserable places; everyone is in a hurry, and few people are at their best. As such, the attitude we all bring is so important to everyone going along and getting along. Folks like Danesa, who genuinely seem to be enjoying their jobs and who desire to share that joy with their customers, go a lon way towards creating the environment we all want to live in. “I decided to give Dunkin’ Donuts on W River Rd a try after seeing one of their store managers, Claudia, posting Valentine’s Day products and specials on social media. The heart-shaped donuts and Valentine’s items looked amazing, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to pick something up for my girlfriend and surprise her at work.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and the service was great from the start. Claudia was working the front, and I showed her the social media post that caught my attention—specifically the heart-shaped donuts. I also asked for her recommendations to add to my order. She told me you can never go wrong with chocolate-covered donuts and mentioned she’s also a big fan of the munchkins, so I ordered both along with a coffee.

I got an iced caramel coffee with cold foam and two shots of cream, and it was made perfectly. From ordering to getting everything ready, it took no more than five minutes, which was impressive. Before I left, Claudia double-checked to make sure my order was correct and that the coffee tasted exactly how I wanted it.

Everything was amazing, and I let her know my girlfriend was going to love the heart-shaped donuts. The pricing was great compared to other places, and the overall experience—from service to quality—was excellent.

I highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone in the area. I’ll definitely be back, and next time I plan on picking up some of their merchandise, especially the Valentine’s Day and Dunkin’ cups.“

“Dunkin Donuts are not the same. They don't put hardly any filling in the donuts anymore. Especially for the price they charge for a dozen donuts. They were much better years ago. It's to bad. I dont think I'll be going back there anytime soon.“

“I like Dunkin Doughnuts coffee a lot more than I thought that I would. I'm from Califormia, land of Starbucks. I at least enjoy their cold brew coffee the same! And pastries too? It's perfect for breakfast or a mid-day pick me up.“

“We are a nearbyl school who placed a catering order for donuts and coffee for 100 persons.
I came in and placed the order and Lily did an exceptional job of assisting with donut assortments, making suggestions and was very, very delightful and helpful. She was assisted by Cheyenne who was also most accommodating. Everything was ready at 7:00 a.m. the next morning and Cheyenne and Damion loaded the many boxes into my car. in easy to transport handled bags. I brought scissors to cut off the lids of the boxes so we could lay them out on the buffet table however the lids are perforated and pulled right off that was such a welcome timesaving and great surprise! The donut assortment/ croissants were fresh and delicious. Lily made sure we had many with sprinkles as requested. And the boxes were packed and arranged with assortments so they made a nice custom presentation..
Cheyenne was attentive to we might be short creamers and included a quart of cream for us.
The new and updated facility is great with the donuts up front in a case.. we were very delighted to have placed our order and will be back.
One suggestion please- the phone number on the Google listing is not working and apparently there's no landline or way of contacting the store- fortunately I live close and was able to go over and place the order.

“I been coming here for a couple of years always been so helpful & welcoming. Especially workers like Gabby, Madison, Vanessa, Jackie and Ariella always so sweet & very outgoing. “Ever since they removed some favorites from the menu I have gone to DD less and less. Overall my only 2 complaints were the lack of donut options and some of the staff were dressed unprofessionally. Yeah it's just a donut shop, but it presents itself as a nice place to get a treat so I expect more.“

“I wanted to tell the server that we don't have any donut shops where we live and that this was a rare treat for our kids back at home as her attitude made sure we rushed because she had something to get back to. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel appreciated but, I wasn't feeling any of that. There was only a few different doughnuts available when we went (I would say less than 10). So, it was just ok.“

“Ordered a mobile order at 4:20am. Arrived at the drive through a little after the scheduled time. The side mobile lane is to pass anyone ordering at the speaker. So pay attention and either pass/merge over or wait in the line if it's crowded. The window lady was very nice and had the entire order ready. The order was a couple asst. dozen, coffee box, and one matcha. Everything was ready and just as I ordered. 5 stars. 10/10. Good. Chill. If workers are quiet/shy then be respectful, it's early and it's food service.“

“One issue with this location. The drive thru is split with mobile orders on the right and the drive-thru on the left. I placed a mobile order. Drove in on the right side and no one was in front of me, so I went directly up to the window. I waited for what seemed like 10 minutes, even honking my horn to get anyone's attention. I finally drove around and went on the left side to the speaker to let them know I had a mobile order. I asked why it took so long and no one came to the window the first time. She said they have no way of knowing you're there. And since no one was in front of me, they didn't know. My question is: Why have a mobile entrance? Would it not make sense to have a speaker on the mobile side? It was a very annoying experience.“

“Love this location. Arron, Tanya, and Rachel are very friendly and polite and Rachel who most of the time I see making my drink has always been very efficient and fast. I love it. All in all wonderful atmosphere, kind staff and they don't disappoint. They all make your day better. I'm usually quiet and deal with alot but when I go there my day seems to feel a bit better. So thank you all♥“

“Shae was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, fast, and made sure to ask plenty of thoughtful questions when they didn’t have the flavor I originally wanted. She went above and beyond to create something similar, and it turned out delicious. On top of that, as we were leaving, we saw her outside cleaning the parking lot…such a hard working and dedicated employee. Our drinks were perfect and her customer service made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Shae!“
