I love this dunking donuts place, the staff is wonderful, I went on Sunday afternoon 07/19/2026, they were busy but still I got a good service and good coffee. The young staff are wonderful and friendly during busy afternoon hours.
I was so disappointed. I don’t always get food but I wanted to this time and haven’t gone to this location for food. The one on base has been pretty good. Anyways, I ordered two orders of hashbrowns and they were dark, mushy, and oily. It tasted like they were sitting in or fried in old oil. I was so sad because I was in a rush already :(
On 9 Mar 26 the wife and I stopped in at the Sierra Vista, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts for a cup of coffee and a quick bite. The lady at the register delivered one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve seen in a while, and when I questioned her about her day she proceeded to tell me that she’s tired of old people being rude. Dunkin' is a spot to grab good coffee and donuts. Despite some online ordering issues and cleanliness concerns, it's a great place to relax. The Small mocha frozen coffee might not suit everyone's taste, but the service is friendly. One worker handling busy times might cause delays, but overall, it's a welcoming spot for a treat. Wheelchair accessibility is convenient too.
