Really slow drive through, and I got parked because they ran out of coffee!
I have to give an employee a shout out!! Luke went above and beyond for me. I have never had this level of service at this location. Luke was kind, super helpful, service with a smile and compliments 😊 just super excited to be there and really has a good attitude towards everyone. I hope this gets to the right person because Luke should really be commended for how people were treated while I was in your location!
The staff is always amazing and kind. Never got my order wrong. Food is always good.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The restaurant is poorly lit and planned; it's a hazard for oncoming traffic from both directions and for pedestrians. There's often a huge line that goes out into traffic. This location has not figured out the concept of fast food, often asking customers to pull up and wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes. However, the new store manager, Valencia, is highlighted for providing great customer service. Valencia is friendly, greets customers with a smile, and goes out of her way to help. If all employees had Valencia’s personality and hard work ethic, the business will flourish.
