It is hit and miss here. Overall they are super slow and employees are sometimes nice and others not. The food is also a hit and miss, sometimes great and other times not. Because of that I would just consider it mediocre. If they didnt have deals on the app I probably wouldn't buy from here because otherwise its overpriced.
Im not sure what this location has against apples pies, but Im 0-3 for getting them put in my bag at the drive through. $10 out the window each time.
I had a craving for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit; I hadn’t had one in about a year or more. Ngl, I was scared about the 3.3 review rating.
However, the service was friendly, quick and the biscuit sandwich hit the spot. I’d drive the 11 minutes again to satisfy my craving.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The restaurant is poorly lit and planned; it's a hazard for oncoming traffic from both directions and for pedestrians. There's often a huge line that goes out into traffic. This location has not figured out the concept of fast food, often asking customers to pull up and wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes. However, the new store manager, Valencia, is highlighted for providing great customer service. Valencia is friendly, greets customers with a smile, and goes out of her way to help. If all employees had Valencia’s personality and hard work ethic, the business will flourish.
