Since different people run Kentucky fried Chicken in Sun City Arizona off of Grand avenue it sure is not the same anymore. They don't know how to smile they look like they worked all night and all day at another job. They're not as clean as they used to be. There is times the gravy is just like water. You have to go back up to the counter every time to ask for some butter and honey. The reason they do that is they save money by not giving you any butter or honey. I ordered (to go) the 2 piece dinner. I asked for cole slaw - got mashed potatoes, with almost no gravy. The bisquit was very small and so hard it wouldn't even soften in the microwave. They were not busy at all so there was no excuse.
Won't be back for a good while.
