“We stopped here after an early morning doctor’s appointment and did dine-in but also ordered food for someone else to go.
We got our dine-in order in under 5 minutes after scanning the QR code. The Chick-Fil-A employee that brought the food said he forgot our drinks and would go grab them. After waiting for a bit, we had to go grab them ourselves.
On this visit, which we do come here often, there was food on the ground on the inside of the restaurant and it didn’t seem as clean.“

“I really enjoyed it & would go here any day over Raising Cane's. Lots more.menu options than the competition & the little bit of southern charm even in the drive-thru was very appreciated- they asked my name & used it. Fried okra & chicken club sandwich outstanding the fried mushrooms are a good taste but so much grease. Will definitely visit again soon!“

“Chick-fil-A needs to be worried. Usually Chick-fil-A has the reputation of having the nicest employees. But today I went to the Slim Chickens in Goodyear, and they were nicer than any Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. The staff were incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful, and were eager to explain to me about their different sauces and such as this was the first time I have ever visited this restaurant before. Not only was the food delicious, but they were even talking to me about my coming back to America after living in Europe for a few years. Having genuine conversation, and just being really great people. The food was fantastic and is easily better than Raising Cane's or Chick-fil-A. For the manager, I would check your schedule to see who was working the drive-thru on the 23rd of June 2026 at around 7:03, p.m. because these people are fantastic employees and you need to give them a raise. And if you care about the value that they bring to this location, been giving him a raise as an appreciation of how well they treat your customers would be the number one most important thing you can do for them.
I don't live in Arizona. I live in Texas but I'm currently here for work for the next few weeks. But if I had a restaurant in Texas that was as friendly as the employees in this restaurant I would be a repeat customer and often. I'd also be flat broke from how expensive the prices are here. That aside though, this restaurant serves delicious food and it has a phenomenal service team here. Probably the nicest employees of any restaurant I've eaten at in Arizona.“

“I never write reviews like this, but I truly think my experience was greater because of the service I had. Me and my family came in, not knowing what we wanted and I stepped up to the register feeling very unsure of what I wanted to get. I had a very good interaction with the person at the register named Giselle. She gave us recommendations which ultimately made everything run smoother. My and my family ended up being very happy. Im so glad Giselle was able to positively make our experience better.“

“After a disappointing wait at another location, I decided to try the Church’s Chicken on Cactus, even though it was a few miles out of my way. It was worth the trip—this location had fresh chicken, fresh biscuits, and the customer service was spot on. I definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area!“

“I placed an online order about 15 minutes ahead for the 10-piece hot chicken thighs. When I arrived, they checked the order and told me the spicy ones weren’t ready and I could either switch to original or wait another 15 minutes for fresh spicy chicken. I chose to wait.
Honestly, it was worth it. The chicken was freshly fried, super hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. The flavor was great.
The wait was a little longer than expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. I’d rather wait for fresh chicken than get something that’s been sitting out. Would definitely order again.“

“When we first walked in all we smelt was sewer and it was very humid. The smell of rotten eggs disappeared bcuz we got used to the smell. Food wasn’t bad and the employees were friendly.. the interior was ok wasn’t to dirty. 2 employees were smoking outside when we were leaving, felt like they should of been inside cleaning instead of standing around outside but they are entitled to breaks. Hope the cook changed his gloves and plastic apron upon returning to work and washed their hands.. didn’t look to appealing from a customers point of view.“

“Good chicken on par with Popeyes. Excellent sides and biscuits southern style. This location is in a gas station. they also sell day old chicken for cheap to take home and throw in a air fryer. Get some cheap Arco gas and take some chicken home!“

“The staff are super friendly and helpful. I ordered a jalepeno poppers that came fresh drive thru was quick! My niece needed to use the restroom& they were great with providing the key as well as the restroom very clean. We ordered at the front also and the young lady was very friendly and provided us with a large water at no cost. The store on 19th Ave n Camelback does not give water for free even in Arizona’s triple digit weather. Thank you!“

“I literally drive from Wickenburg to Popeyes!! I always get an Original chicken sandwich and some tenders. Well, this last time they put some of that Mardi Gras mustard in my bag! Got to the tenders and opened one of those mustards, and when I put that chicken in my mouth it was DISGUSTING!!!! I positively hate horseradish!!!!!!! I couldn't hardly get the taste out of my mouth!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lesson learned!!! Keep up the great work!! #mygoto“
