“I stopped here for lunch on Tuesday, Nov 4th. Parking is a bit tricky, and getting in and out a slight challenge as it’s tucked away in a corner section of a mall with other stores, shops, and restaurants. I had the Original Chicken Sandwich with a side of mac & cheese, and a fountain drink. The restaurant is clean with adequate seating. Service is fine, but a bit tardy in answering to concerns. They have Coca-Cola products, but not all options are functioning. Getting ice was difficult as one machine wouldn’t provide any. The other was giving ice in one or two cubes at a time. It’s uncertain as to the issue. The bathrooms are clean. However there were no paper towels, the other towel dispenser (roll) was broken, and the air dryer wasn’t working — therein the difficulty and wait to informing them of the issue. There were half a dozen working. The food is good quality, and a good value. My tab came to $10+change.“

“We came after school about 3 PM. I brought my six-year-old grandson. His favorite food is Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets. We always order the 12 piece chicken nugget box. Chick-fil-A was not busy in Glendale on Wednesday afternoon at 3 PM. For the first time, I ordered chicken strips for myself. They were especially good. I would order them again. All the staff were helpful and friendly.“

“Had the chicken strip, tasted great though I like a more crispy batter. Loved that they had several choices of dipping sauces, even hot gravy. Their bone in wings were cooked perfectly crispy. The French fries were very good, not my favorite but very good. My son had the Mac cheese bowl and it tasted great, very cheesy. My wife had a chicken sandwich, I didn't try it but the presentation made it look very appetizing. In fact the presentation of all our dishes was good. The service was quick (1pm on a Sunday) and the staff were very friendly. The chicken options are plenty and their deserts looked good. This location along with its restroom were very clean. 100% will eat here again“
