“First time in and WOW!!! So yummy, HUGE portions and fantastic atmosphere. Nice and clean too. Super great people!!! Our server Austin was the best ever. Fun gentleman named Dave was hosting a bingo party/raffle they do on Fridays. Free to play. EVERYONE having a blast!!!

“I’m no stranger to Torchy’s (discovered it in Houston right before I moved to the valley almost ten years ago), so I was excited to see it make its way out west. The food was great, but beyond that the staff was friendly and very kind. My partner forgot to nix an ingredient on his tacos (which was our fault) and the server offered to remake the tacos. The manager, Nic, built some rapport with us and noticed our chips were pretty small pieces for much of the tray, and offered to bring us new ones, which was completely unexpected. Nic was also all over the place — from bussing tables, to behind the bar or register, an then in and out of the kitchen, and he still found time to talk to us and make sure our experience was exemplary. We’ll definitely be back, but probably choose this location over the central Phoenix one because of this experience. Thanks again, Nic and staff!“

“Had an awesome experience at VIG Park West! I ordered the pot pie and the steak, and both were absolutely great. The pot pie was rich, flavorful, and perfectly baked, while the steak was cooked exactly right and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was friendly. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to again soon.“

“First visit to this location, the location interior and exterior is beautiful. This is a huge restaurant! The fresh made chips are amazing, couldn't stop eating them. I had higher expectations for the menu items, maybe they need more specials? Kids menu was minimal but $7 is great. My salad was bleh. My husband really enjoyed his shrimp fajitas and margarita though! So maybe stick with the staple menu items. Service was good, but not overly amazing or joyful (I felt like she was a little tired and I didn't want to inconvenience her). Overall good visit, just not overly wowed.“

“Always amazing fast service, delicious food, and great fun atmosphere. The service is always attentive to all your details and especially if someone in your group has any dietary restrictions. The drink options for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are amazing! Highly recommend the honey cucumber lemonade! The bruschetta boards are perfect for sharing with choosing up to 4 different types and each type has 4 slices. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size you get. The dining room is perfectly sized for smaller groups but they can accommodate larger groups. The outdoor patio area is perfect for the warmer weather as well. Will be coming back soon!“

“Went here on a date, we were only give one menu, and we felt a bit rushed at the beginning with how quickly they were clearing our plates even when not done but then took forever bringing the check. The drinks and food were good. They had a nice fire performance and the atmosphere was great.“

“Fiance and I went there on a Sunday for lunch visiting from out of state. It was really busy and it appeared that there may have been some understaffed issues going on. As we had to wait 15 minutes after being seated to get waters, and then an additional hour for food. The most unfortunate part was the server was in such a hurry and not taking notes. She did not receive my order I wanted to put in, so only my fiance ended up eating. Otherwise everything else was good.“
