“We ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my grandson's birthday and the cake was really hard to cut and it's just didn't taste fresh so I called the manager Ali and she washed very friendly and professional and she apologized for the cake and she let us pick another one. The second cake was just right. It was easy to cut and it tasted great and I'm very grateful to her, our grandson's birthday was still great. She assured me that she wanted us to have a great birthday and that if I wasn't pleased with the second cake she would gladly remake it again now that's what I call excellent customer service! We will definitely get our next cake from there.“
