“I just want to thank Heather, the manager at this restaurant. She is always kind and very willing to help and make things right. Just want her to know it is appreciated. Thank you. Tonight (2/2/25) my husband went and got some potato wedges that they didn't have available at a different restaurant, she didn't have to make it right, we called to see if they were selling them because the other restaurant said NO restaurants were selling them, but it turned out that it wasn't true and we had already paid for them, and she offered to make them for us even though we had paid for them at a different restaurant. I know it's isn't something they do, so I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help us and understanding us. I think I'll just make this store our regular even if it's a it farther.“
“We are DoorDash and we eat at various different Jack-in-the-Box. This is by far one of the greatest ones that we’ve been to. Everyone was super friendly. They all look like they know their job together super fast. The food is steaming hot super fresh yummy yummy. Chicken tater melt was so bomb!“
