“At the location of 7th st and Indian school we went for a late night bite about 2am and Lexi gave us a very unusual and pleasant service. She was patient with my female friend, which is beyond what anyone can usually accomplish. I highly recommend going while Lexi is working and see for yourself the quality of service. Restores faith in people to be decent and helpful.“

“35th Avenue and Thunderbird drive thru 2:30am Saturday night/Sunday morning. The lady (I didn't get her name)working drive thru was very nice and patient while I dug for change. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

“I have visited my share of Jack's over the years and when I tell you this is the most clean one you will find! The food is well made, fresh to order, the staff is always hustling in rush hour to get your order out in time, and the store is always well kept and clean. Ive read some of the other reviews and they must have issues because compared to other Jack's this jack is one I trust when it comes to my food and cleanliness. They also decorated during the holidays to bring some cheer to their customers. Highly recommend to all my friends and family to always come to this location.“
“Took a stroll around here and felt hungry. Went inside the store and definitely loved the smell of food! I ordered a burger and a taco all for myself and loved every single bite really. Also, the ambience? a beautiful 10/10. Would definitely comeback for more tacos and burgers next time. Keep up the good work team!“

“SO is don't know who's idea this is but every time I come through the drive through there's always only 2 workers and the drive thru can get really packed. They looked stressed out and over worked. But this particular Tuesday was even worse cause I was told the A.C. was out now. I don't know who's making their employees work in these conditions but in all my years in fast food I have never seen only 2 workers work a busy graveyard shift. And no air conditioning I can only imagine their thoughts. The good was good and the employee running drive thru were nice and respectful but you can tell it was a lot for him. I just hope when this is read that whoever is making these decisions can get them some help.“
“I went to Jack in the box on 35th Ave and Northern to try the Philly cheesesteak combo and get the 2 tacos for Jack's anniversary. My order came fast and fresh. The lady at the counter was very friendly. She even already had the 2 tacos I ordered online ready also already in my bag. I got my lemonade and sat down. Opened up the bag grabbed the Philly cheesesteak out opened it up took a bite. First bite I had to look down at the sandwich and then around to make sure I was still at Jack in the box. Man that Philly cheesesteak was so delicious 😋. JACK brought a piece of Philly to Phoenix. Definitely going get one again one my favorite things I ever had at Jack in the Box. Goes perfect with curly fries and some tacos“

“I got a burrito and it was way more filling than I expected, its shocking! The tortilla was soft and there was a good amount of meat, cheese, and filling inside. Definitely a solid choice if you’re hungry and want something quick. This is the best branch of Jack in the box I have tried“

“Ordered 2 Chicken Ranch sandwich meals to go with a coupon. The sandwiches were big & pretty tasty. It took just a couple mins. for them to have them done & I pulled over to wait for them to bring them out. The young man who took my order & asked me to wait on the side, also ran my food out to me & another vehicle while I waited. He was hustling, not what I'm seeing lately at a fast food restaurant, it was impressive!“
“This is the best location in the north valley. Late night and the food is still on point and fresh.
The staff here actually cares and bust their asses. They deserve respect.

“Look, it's Jack In The Box. You're not coming here for the culinary experience. That being said, the place was clean, service was fast, the food was freshly made and exactly what I expected. I went here for breakfast, and the service was exemplary.“
“I’ve been here before - but the night I took these pictures I was asked to leave the Denny’s because of the effects of the medicine I was given made me appear as if I was a homeless drug addict. I’m no drug addict. I just happened to be homeless.
I didn’t have my car and the lobby was closed but next time I’m out here I’ll make sure to get some tacos from there.“
“I give this location 5 stars for all categories but one; access to bathroom during open business hours. First, this is my neighborhood Jack Restaurant. I eat here or buy something for family a couple times a week. The milk shake is the family favorite; tasty and affordable. They are an excellent staff and usually most helpful. Cleanliness and friendliness is very important to the Jack staff. The only issue that I have encountered; REASONABLE ACCESS TO THE RESTROOM. It is rare and not as bad as it used to be but THE BATHROOM SHOULD BE OPEN DURING OPEN BUSINESS HOURS! PLEASE! If the restroom facility is in working order and you are a paying customer or willing to leave some money for use of the facility, unlock the door. Last night I asked for access. No, the young girl said she was cleaning it. She was not and it was 9:15 at night. Jack clises at 10:00. But, this young lady is a ruff character. Not as friendly. I know I might look like a street person because I like to ride my Ebikes. But, I am not homeless and I don't leave a huge mess just to flush a toilet and wet and dry my hands. I can't imagine what judgement was upon me to use a bathroom that is the only one available for miles. 😢“
“I don't what the deal is with this particular location but my food is always accurate, fresh and hot. I've only ever used drive through and gone during the day.
I'm sure some improvements could be made somewhere but for fast food I absolutely cannot complain.“
“Nubia the Cashier/Order taker was tremendously Pro-Active and very hard driven. Plus her Customer service skills were excellent and she constantly is multitasking aswell as working so hard. In fact I strongly believe she deserves a Pay raise by no means.“

I normally stray well clear of cheap deep fried garbage food but I have zero plans to curb my lifelong addiction to Jack's tacos. I've inhaled them by the bag full for as long as I can remember.

“Kinda sketchy homeless people wandering around. One location had a really nice security guard. That made me feel good. You always need a code for these bathrooms and it is annoying. I need to start taking notes of the different codes in different bathrooms. Then create a secret group to share the codes with homeless people I like and won't mess up a good thing.“

“Very good special for 5 bucks. Ask for the JACK PACK. A cheeseburger, one taco, curly fries and a 16oz drink. Cheeseburger just average. Fries excellent. The taco was fresh and hot. Nothing fancy but very good. Got root beer no ice and it was very cold and tasted fresh. I went on Friday and with the app received free large Curly fries which were hot and very good. I think it's worth the money. If you ordered the same at McDonalds it would cost 15 bucks and these curly fries put theirs to shame.“

“The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . She did not listen to what I had to say and she had an attitude I called up there and she had an attitude I called up there and the car just feels I don’t have time to go all the way up there and come back. No answer I do not live close and with gas prices it doesn’t make any sense to turn around and go back up there for someone to miss manage food. This is unacceptable. This was around 9:51am May 1,2023“
“On November 6th. At about 6:30. I went through the drive-thru and experienced great food and service from the young man working. He was very insensitive and easy to talk to and got my order correct all the way down to every one of the sauces that I asked him for the food was cooked fresh. I'm very happy for once with the fast food that I had for dinner to feed my family“
