“I have visited my share of Jack's over the years and when I tell you this is the most clean one you will find! The food is well made, fresh to order, the staff is always hustling in rush hour to get your order out in time, and the store is always well kept and clean. Ive read some of the other reviews and they must have issues because compared to other Jack's this jack is one I trust when it comes to my food and cleanliness. They also decorated during the holidays to bring some cheer to their customers. Highly recommend to all my friends and family to always come to this location.“

“We used the drive-through, which can sometimes be difficult, but the cashier Gabrielle was very helpful kind, and patient and was a delight to give our order to. We even had coupons but Gabriel worked with us with no problem and didn't make us feel uncomfortable by using the coupons. Jack in the Box if you're reading this you better keep Gabriel, we haven't seen service from a fast food employee like him in a long time.
Vegetarian options: I don't think you'd want to use Jack in the Box for vegetarian options, but I'm not a vegetarian so I wouldn't be sure.“

“Food was fantastic, food was super fresh. I ordered 8 tacos - extra crunchy and extra cheese. Tacos were delicious and not oily like the way some Jack's make them. The lettuce 🥬 on the tacos was super fresh too! I also ordered a bag of churos, churos were also super fresh and gooey in the inside 🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋Customer service was cordial and outstanding. Restaurant was super clean as well! Will be coming back here soon! 😀😋🤤🐧“
“Atmosphere is a bit sketchy. There are a lot of homeless around. The restaurant does a good job at keeping the homeless out of the restaurant. Don't try and ask for the restroom key before you have your order placed....lol they will not give you entry, even to wash your hands, until you've placed an order.“

“I used to go to the 24th St & Roosevelt location, but their service and food quality was very hit or miss. “I'm only taking a star off for the service from my last visit, but this place is great when you work 3rd shift, and almost nothing is open. I wish I had access to healthier options, but there are no more 24-hour Wal-Mart locations. I usually bring my lunch to work due to this, but sometimes I just want a sandwich or something and this location is very close to work.“
“I was just there for breakfast they served it quick and hot. The young man at the counter was very friendly and really great at taking care of customers, I heard him taking care of guy after me as well. I didn't get his name but its Friday morning April 3. Service around the country at all different restaurants is so bad that its just awesome when you see someone doing a great job. The other workers seem to be doing very well here also. “My first time ever coming to a Jack in the Box, I’m glad it was this location. I unfortunately did not get the girl’s name who took my order, I wish I did so I could mention her. She was extremely patient and so sweet and helpful. She gave me recommendations and gave me one of each dipping sauce to try. I will definitely be back because of her.“
“I give this location 5 stars for all categories but one; access to bathroom during open business hours. First, this is my neighborhood Jack Restaurant. I eat here or buy something for family a couple times a week. The milk shake is the family favorite; tasty and affordable. They are an excellent staff and usually most helpful. Cleanliness and friendliness is very important to the Jack staff. The only issue that I have encountered; REASONABLE ACCESS TO THE RESTROOM. It is rare and not as bad as it used to be but THE BATHROOM SHOULD BE OPEN DURING OPEN BUSINESS HOURS! PLEASE! If the restroom facility is in working order and you are a paying customer or willing to leave some money for use of the facility, unlock the door. Last night I asked for access. No, the young girl said she was cleaning it. She was not and it was 9:15 at night. Jack clises at 10:00. But, this young lady is a ruff character. Not as friendly. I know I might look like a street person because I like to ride my Ebikes. But, I am not homeless and I don't leave a huge mess just to flush a toilet and wet and dry my hands. I can't imagine what judgement was upon me to use a bathroom that is the only one available for miles. 😢“
“Came in yestarday morning around 3 maybe 4 am ive came to this location often and usually see the same guy working the drice thru ans is super chill. Got I think number 23 maybe 24 I did wait a little bit but he came out apologized for the inconvenience and gave me and feel cookie and cheesecake honestly I work at the panera bread across the street and I always thought that we were the only one that shows that kind of help. He was super nice despite working those hours and gave me a free item that is very good to the point where im going ti order it next time I go there. I never caught his name but had glasses“

Yet, the details—those ever-telling details—revealed fingerprints across the windows and chairs, suggesting that while the broad strokes of cleanliness are maintained, the finer polish is still awaiting its moment of attention.
Service was admirably punctual. A Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee arrived at 8:21 AM, cool and sweet, followed briskly at 8:23 AM by the remainder of my order. Such timing betrays a well-coordinated kitchen staff, moving with quiet precision behind the counter.
This location is not unfamiliar to me; on past visits, I’ve found a similar rhythm: efficiency, consistency, and a reassuring predictability. It is, in essence, a well-run outpost of the Jack in the Box chain. Still, if management were to extend its attentiveness from the obvious to the subtle—from sweeping and wiping to polishing and refining—the space could transcend functional efficiency and instead offer an experience that feels wholly complete.
Verdict: A fast, reliable stop with commendable efficiency—though a sharper eye for detail could elevate it from simply clean to genuinely immaculate.“
“I don't what the deal is with this particular location but my food is always accurate, fresh and hot. I've only ever used drive through and gone during the day.
I'm sure some improvements could be made somewhere but for fast food I absolutely cannot complain.“

“Always friendly when I go through drive through or inside. Doesn't take too long for food and they always have items needed in the bag so you don't end up not being able to eat your food or needing sauces. Counters appear clean and drink station is usually clean without a sticky mess.
Thankfully I haven't had any issues with vagrants in the parking lot at this location, they mostly hang out at the gas station next door.“
“This is a down trodden neighborhood that has been overcome with homelessness and drug activity , but the staff is friendly and the food is to the same quality you would expect from any other JITB . The environment is dirty but the inside is clean, never used the bathroom here but I wouldnt press my luck in that department in a neighborhood like this .“

“Have never had an issue with the food here other than they sell out of limited time items really fast which is really disappointing. And the drug activity in the area is terrible with homeless camping out on the sidewalks and hanging out at the bus stop. Doing drugs right on the side of 711 not even caring that they are being seen my everyone driving by. Litter everywhere. And when I was at this jacking the box last night there was a very sus dirty looking homeless guy that appeared to be planning on breaking into a car in the parking lot. The has just lingering too close to the car that I knew wasn't his because I saw him walk out from some bushes behind target. He walked around the vehicle stealing glances thru the windows from the corner of his eye trying not to be obvious because he saw me watching him. But he was super obvious. I called in to Jack's and reported it in case it was one of the employees cars. That would be so shitty to get off and your car was broken into while you were working“

“This location although located next to 2 filthy gas stations overrun by undesirables is incredibly; taken care of by the employees. I need to start taking notes of the different codes in different bathrooms. Then create a secret group to share the codes with homeless people I like and won't mess up a good thing.“

“Very good special for 5 bucks. Ask for the JACK PACK. A cheeseburger, one taco, curly fries and a 16oz drink. Cheeseburger just average. Fries excellent. The taco was fresh and hot. Nothing fancy but very good. Got root beer no ice and it was very cold and tasted fresh. I went on Friday and with the app received free large Curly fries which were hot and very good. I think it's worth the money. If you ordered the same at McDonalds it would cost 15 bucks and these curly fries put theirs to shame.“

“The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . He was very insensitive and easy to talk to and got my order correct all the way down to every one of the sauces that I asked him for the food was cooked fresh.
