“I have visited my share of Jack's over the years and when I tell you this is the most clean one you will find! The food is well made, fresh to order, the staff is always hustling in rush hour to get your order out in time, and the store is always well kept and clean. Ive read some of the other reviews and they must have issues because compared to other Jack's this jack is one I trust when it comes to my food and cleanliness. They also decorated during the holidays to bring some cheer to their customers. Highly recommend to all my friends and family to always come to this location.“
“35th Avenue and Thunderbird drive thru 2:30am Saturday night/Sunday morning. The lady (I didn't get her name)working drive thru was very nice and patient while I dug for change. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

“Best jack in the box in the valley I've seen this place run late night rush 1 man the manager tired broken and still crushing it 1 order atta time also every time I stop by no matter who's their or the time my order is correct and tastes as expected every time!!!! “At the location of 7th st and Indian school we went for a late night bite about 2am and Lexi gave us a very unusual and pleasant service. She was patient with my female friend, which is beyond what anyone can usually accomplish. I highly recommend going while Lexi is working and see for yourself the quality of service. Restores faith in people to be decent and helpful.“

“I got a burrito and it was way more filling than I expected, its shocking! The tortilla was soft and there was a good amount of meat, cheese, and filling inside. Definitely a solid choice if you’re hungry and want something quick. This is the best branch of Jack in the box I have tried“
“I visit this location once to twice a week for lunch during work and the food is always nice and fresh.
Today I ordered the Simpsons meal that comes with a collector cup, they were sold out of the only one I had missing from my collection.. The staff where tremendously helpful by calling partner stores, and helping me complete my collection rather then turning me away.

“Stopped by to wait for Phoenix PD in the parking lot for an issue. Walked inside the Jack in the Box to ask to use the restroom, they allowed me to use it (code on doors). Very clean restroom. Very clean establishment, they're trying. I ordered a large drink and am sitting in their lobby waiting for Phoenix PD to show up.“

“Ordered 2 Chicken Ranch sandwich meals to go with a coupon. The sandwiches were big & pretty tasty. It took just a couple mins. for them to have them done & I pulled over to wait for them to bring them out. The young man who took my order & asked me to wait on the side, also ran my food out to me & another vehicle while I waited. He was hustling, not what I'm seeing lately at a fast food restaurant, it was impressive!“
“This review is long overdue. I live right around the corner and I frequently visit this Jack In The box and they are very consistent here. The food is made when you order it it's always fresh the professionals at the drive-thru window are so nice and friendly. I normally don't give reviews on fast food joints like Jack in the box but coming here made me realize how consistent this particular location is. Kudos to you guys! 🎉“

“This jack in the box is amazing. They take accountability when a order is messed up or if something went wrong via delivery orders. They make sure that everything is hot and ready food is always fresh. The service here is always fast and friendly never rude. The lady's here are amazing.“
“Nubia the Cashier/Order taker was tremendously Pro-Active and very hard driven. Plus her Customer service skills were excellent and she constantly is multitasking aswell as working so hard. In fact I strongly believe she deserves a Pay raise by no means.“
“Just went to this location and Bella was such a Doll. My order was correct, I was greated with a smile and the service was incredible! With fast food you never know what you’re going to get, but I will definitely be coming back to this location! I felt like although it’s fast food the customer service really felt like they cared!“
“I went to Jack in the box on 35th Ave and Northern to try the Philly cheesesteak combo and get the 2 tacos for Jack's anniversary. My order came fast and fresh. The lady at the counter was very friendly. She even already had the 2 tacos I ordered online ready also already in my bag. I got my lemonade and sat down. Opened up the bag grabbed the Philly cheesesteak out opened it up took a bite. First bite I had to look down at the sandwich and then around to make sure I was still at Jack in the box. Man that Philly cheesesteak was so delicious 😋. JACK brought a piece of Philly to Phoenix. Definitely going get one again one my favorite things I ever had at Jack in the Box. Goes perfect with curly fries and some tacos“

“My first time ever coming to a Jack in the Box, I’m glad it was this location. I unfortunately did not get the girl’s name who took my order, I wish I did so I could mention her. She was extremely patient and so sweet and helpful. She gave me recommendations and gave me one of each dipping sauce to try. I will definitely be back because of her.“

“I don't what the deal is with this particular location but my food is always accurate, fresh and hot. I've only ever used drive through and gone during the day.
I'm sure some improvements could be made somewhere but for fast food I absolutely cannot complain.“
“I give this location 5 stars for all categories but one; access to bathroom during open business hours. First, this is my neighborhood Jack Restaurant. I eat here or buy something for family a couple times a week. The milk shake is the family favorite; tasty and affordable. They are an excellent staff and usually most helpful. Cleanliness and friendliness is very important to the Jack staff. The only issue that I have encountered; REASONABLE ACCESS TO THE RESTROOM. It is rare and not as bad as it used to be but THE BATHROOM SHOULD BE OPEN DURING OPEN BUSINESS HOURS! PLEASE! If the restroom facility is in working order and you are a paying customer or willing to leave some money for use of the facility, unlock the door. Last night I asked for access. No, the young girl said she was cleaning it. She was not and it was 9:15 at night. Jack clises at 10:00. But, this young lady is a ruff character. Not as friendly. I know I might look like a street person because I like to ride my Ebikes. But, I am not homeless and I don't leave a huge mess just to flush a toilet and wet and dry my hands. I can't imagine what judgement was upon me to use a bathroom that is the only one available for miles. 😢“
“Jay, who was at the register, was extremely friendly and courteous. I didn’t expect her to bring my food out to me, but she did, and she was not angry or spiteful when another customer accidentally spilled his drink all over the table and floor. It’s not often these days that people working in fast food come across as being happy to be there and willing to go the extra mile. Great service all around.“

“We arrived around 5:30am. The restaurant was open. We ordered breakfast. Everything arrived without any issues. The food was hot. They did not take long to prepare our order. The restaurant was clean. Being that it was super early, there is no issues finding a table.“
“Very good special for 5 bucks. Ask for the JACK PACK. A cheeseburger, one taco, curly fries and a 16oz drink. Cheeseburger just average. Fries excellent. The taco was fresh and hot. Nothing fancy but very good. Got root beer no ice and it was very cold and tasted fresh. I went on Friday and with the app received free large Curly fries which were hot and very good. I think it's worth the money. If you ordered the same at McDonalds it would cost 15 bucks and these curly fries put theirs to shame.“

“Colton was awesome!! Able to adapt with anyone he is interacting with.. via drive through. He hears a voice and understands and interprets who they are and how to interact. Cashier was very friendly. Food selection was impressive. Quality was good as well surprisingly. We will try one in another location.“
“I’ve been here before - but the night I took these pictures I was asked to leave the Denny’s because of the effects of the medicine I was given made me appear as if I was a homeless drug addict. I’m no drug addict. I just happened to be homeless.
I didn’t have my car and the lobby was closed but next time I’m out here I’ll make sure to get some tacos from there.“

“I was on my home really tired from work and wanted to grab a dinner for myself but too tired to get out of the car. So, I went through Jack in the Box drive through and ordered a Taco and a Burger. I must say, their staffs were nice and accomodating! I received my food in just 15 minutes, went home full, and decided leave them a nice 5 star for their hardwork!“
“The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . She did not listen to what I had to say and she had an attitude I called up there and she had an attitude I called up there and the car just feels I don’t have time to go all the way up there and come back. No answer I do not live close and with gas prices it doesn’t make any sense to turn around and go back up there for someone to miss manage food. This is unacceptable. “On November 6th. At about 6:30. I went through the drive-thru and experienced great food and service from the young man working. He was very insensitive and easy to talk to and got my order correct all the way down to every one of the sauces that I asked him for the food was cooked fresh. I'm very happy for once with the fast food that I had for dinner to feed my family“
“I cant believe their chicken sandwich and tacos are delicious! Just passed by since I was craving a taco and I must say I am very impressed. The staff were nice and accommodated my requests quickly. I received my food in just 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh! Definitely my favorite new stop after work. Deserves higher rating!“
