“I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the team at Jack in the Box. Every visit is a reminder of how great customer service can really make a difference. The employees are always friendly, patient, and attentive, even during busy times. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and enjoy seeing plants in the lobby. Went in today at 4pm today 7/2/2025 the service was amazing and fast. It’s clear the staff take pride in what they do, and it makes every meal more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!“

I had went to the power rd location in mesa and terrible service I got turned away they couldn't make my order they were very rude so I had to try another location near by. I cannot say enough amazing things about Darrell! From start to finish, he delivered outstanding service and made sure everything was done with care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It’s rare these days to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Darrell absolutely does.
He was patient, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, and he treats his customers with total respect. I appreciated how honest, friendly, and reliable he was it made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who’s dependable, skilled, and just an all-around great person to work with, Darrell is your guy. Highly recommend!“

But the lady working in the morning on 8/31 was so polite and nice when I was ordering. It just caught me off guard because most times when ordering anywhere workers are usually rude“
“This has been the BEST Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to! This location isn’t our usual, but it will be now. The guy taking my order last night was really friendly and repeated to confirm which ingredients to leave out of the order due to a food allergy. He even went as far to confirm that this was to be left out of both orders twice! When we rolled up to the window, we could hear an older gentleman (I’m assuming supervisor) in the back explaining to the staff how gloves needed to be changed and other important steps needed to be followed when food allergies are present.
I’ve never been impressed by a fast food restaurant before. My partner and I’s jaws were on the floor last night. They actually cared, were friendly, and (most surprisingly) super professional! The due diligence that was presented last night from all employees was something I’ve never experienced before at a fast food place.
It’s for sure out of the way for us, but we are soooooo coming back on the regular after last night.“

“The food was okay for Jack in the box I got a sourdough Jack had a little bit too much sauce on it and the bread was like bottom of the barrel Maryland lottery was a good meal I mean what do I expect for 3:00 in the morning I guess when I get my lunch break at 3:00 a.m. and most places are closed there was decent and I am getting a little frustrated that people don't listen when you tell him you don't want certain items on your burger but it's okay I'm getting used to having to take stuff off LOL well I guess that overall it was an okay meal at least the drive-thru worker was very polite“
“Manny, Adam, and Arely did a wonderful job with providing great customer service. The food that I had ordered was fresh. I highly recommend you stop by if you’re in the area. The restaurant was very clean and they even have a phone charging station which is super convenient.“
“Great Jack in the Box, the system was done and the Staff took care of us in the best way while having the system updated. Quick turn out on food always hot and fresh. They also have the Coke machine that has everything even a large selection of zero-carb products.“
“We don't eat out very often but last week, I was very sick! We ordered from here using the Jack App 3 times last week. Their drive through line takes a long time (which is fine bc they make their food as ordered so it's fresh) so ordering from home and picking it up inside the lobby was perfect. Our orders were 100% perfect. I didn't make any personalizations to our order like no mayo or anything like that, but still, it's nice that they get just the simple things correct, especially when you aren't feeling the best. I feel they really cared to make sure there wasn't grease all over the outside of the bag and our fries weren't at the bottom of the bag when we got home. Just saying, the night crew did a phenomenal job and I really appreciated their efforts. Thank you evening crew!“
“My bride and I were starving and we're going to hit a resturant like Village Inn or something and we both noticed the Jack in the Box.
So glad we stopped here. The food was good as usual but what I wanted to point out was the dude that served us.

“UPDATE...What was I thinking? Must have caught them on a good day. Today, 12/02/24, they have failed once again. How disappointing to spend over $40 to get home and your order is wrong! Went back and I asked the counterboy "what would you do?" He looked at me and said. I'd put it in the microwave!! DONE with this POS! AVOID, AVOID...AVOID! Have avoided this location for about 6 months. Went on a whim. Kaylee was a breath of fresh air. Spot on in all aspects. Yes, we will return, until we have a reason not to. Thank you, Kaylee.“
“I've been coming here on and off for years. It's one of the few places nearby open early enough for me to get food if I'm running behind in the mornings. I just got an online order last night(and saw all the negative reviews), order was correct like usual. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, that's not the experience I have had with this location.“
“The Mexican girls that are excellent . Definitely a good place to pick up a bite to eat. Or dine-in. The tables were well worn but that didn't bother me. I liked the women that work there. Food is Jack in the box food so it's pretty damn good.“
“Drive thru guy was friendly and fast. I took one bite of my curly fries and decided I’d leave this review while my piping hot fries cooled a little. Haven’t even touched the rest of the food but I know it’s going to be just as fresh. 3.5 stars at this location? No way. This location was the best I’ve been to so far in the valley. Kudos.“

Stopped by this Jack in the Box on Power Rd, and I gotta say—it was an experience. Ordered the smash burger, which was definitely smashed. Fresh? Yes. Salty? Also yes. Pretty sure my sodium intake is covered for the next week.
Also got a shake, which was less of a drink and more of a dairy-based endurance challenge. I tried to sip it, but my straw just laughed at me. Ended up waiting for it to melt like some kind of milkshake amateur.
Overall, solid fast food joint. Just bring a chisel for the shake and a gallon of water to balance out the salt.“
“Shania the store manager is AMAZING she understands her customers and goes above and beyond to provide the best service.
Can take an order and carry on a whole conversation at once and not once do I feel ignored, disregard, needless to say she is definitely a manager who runs a tight ship and stands on business on all 10 toes. Great store, fresh food, friendly staff, and a store manager who doesn’t just manage, but lead by example and really set the tone.
