“I typically don't review fast food restaurants, but I had to write a review here. I have recently been multiple times over the last couple of months and am always surprised at how good the food is. The workers are amiable and helpful. The food has ALWAYS been hot, and they get the order right every time. I'm not a big fast food person, but I enjoy ordering from here because they nail it every time.“

“It was a while I hadn't been here but when we walked in to the lobby they acknowledged us. The gentleman on the register greeted us, we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. He took 3 different orders from us and got all of them right. He even repeated the order before paying, when he was handing the food to us as well. When we got home the food was still hot and it was delicious. I think there's new management since the times I've gone something always messes up on my order. This time they nailed everything on everyone's order.“

“I wanted a quick snack before dinner. I ordered the spicy, crispy, chicken wraps. And oh boy! What a marvelous surprise!! These were some of the best wraps I have ever tasted. Seriously. The wrap did not lack chicken. It was actually packed with plenty of chicken and the type of slaw and pickles inside the wrap was spot on. And omg! I ordered 2 of them and quite frankly the first one was very filling. These were some hefty lil fellas! They were so delicious. This was truly the best culinary surprise I've encountered in a really long time. And to top it off, the 2 wraps only cost me $6.00! What a great value...“

I say it's worth it, try the egg roll 3pk for $5.⁹⁹! Fresh! And the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, I enjoy customizing my item with extra meat or an extra egg. When you use the app to order everything is printed out precisely and my order is never wrong, all this is regarding ALL JIB restaurants. Plus using the app has a free item or a cash discount 90% of the time. The mini-churros are delicious and worth the $2.⁹⁹ especially on a cold morning! Being able to customize your breakfast and adding an extra egg and tacos is quite a selection of different food and I love it! The app has 2 for $ .⁹⁹ Tacos! Plus the specials don't stop. I advise you learn the app and earn points for free food too. I just enjoy JIB restaurants for the most part and enjoy eating the fresh and tasty food items here. During our visit at this location, I noticed signage that made me love Jack's even more. They accept government assistance. Life is hard for most. “Blown away by this location. I got the meat lovers breakfast burrito, I added hashbrowns, and it was BOMB! Maybe I'm being dramatic, but it was probably one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. All of the ingredients were of great quality, especially the eggs (which can be really gross at other fast food places). So if you're looking for some delicious, quick and easy breakfast, this is the place to go!Also, of note, the employees were extremely courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this place.“
“This morning I went to Jack in The box get to get some breakfast. Jenice did a phenomenal job and whoever was with her also did a great job. Jenice had good customer service and was very kind. The drive thru doesn’t move, this was during lunch rush. Be prepared!**Edit**Since making this post I’ve been to this location several times. Wait times are no longer an issue. The staff is always very friendly and make my day. Plus no skimping on the sauce and who doesn’t love that?“
“If you're coming here expecting good jack in the box food, you'll definitely get it. The location is a little small, making it feel cramped, especially in the lobby soda fountain area, so I couldn't give it the full 5-star treatment. Other than that, I had a good meal with the misses for under $20 thanks to the $5 jack pack deal, so I can't complain at all. The #whatthefanta is delicious, btw?“

“I get food from the Jack in the Box on North Power Road in Mesa Arizona several times a week. But yesterday I tried their Chicken strips and was shocked, there was NO taste to them. They tasted like nothing. I thought it might just be me, but a friend came over and I asked her to try one, she took two bites and asked what is it that she is eating . She couldn’t taste anything. Also the guy that works the window a lot, needs to pay attention. I ask for mild dipping sauce, and he always gives me HOT SAUCE. I always forget to check what sauce he gives me before I drive away,but there are usually people behind me, and I don’t want to hold up the line. It’s been at least 15 times now over the past couple of months that he has given me the wrong flavor of sauce.?????“
“I'm strictly a drive thru person. They have two full size menu boards, one before you get to the mic. If someone is ahead of you, you have time to pick and choose. To me, that's very helpful and the folks at the window are super nice.“
