“I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the team at Jack in the Box. Every visit is a reminder of how great customer service can really make a difference. The employees are always friendly, patient, and attentive, even during busy times. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and enjoy seeing plants in the lobby. Went in today at 4pm today 7/2/2025 the service was amazing and fast. It’s clear the staff take pride in what they do, and it makes every meal more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!“
“Staff was a little reserved to ask if we were ready to order, however once they did; we ordered, sat down waited about 2 minutes, our food was ready, it was what we ordered and the staff cleaning the dining area was approachable and courteous while we ate. Great Jack for a quick bite.“

I had went to the power rd location in mesa and terrible service I got turned away they couldn't make my order they were very rude so I had to try another location near by. I can't believe the difference if service. Wow!! Thank you Jackie on main st amazing service!! She went above and beyond! The difference in customer service is insane literally! Wow!!!“

“Food was amazing. Chickn tater melt was everything I have been waiting for! Beyond that, this was the best service I’ve ever gotten from any Jack in the Box ever. Israel took great care of me and and my dog and made the experience unforgettable. I will definitley be making sure I come back to this location every time in the future!“
“Im not one to leave reviews, but I was very impressed by the customer service and quality of the food at this location. Me and my lover were originally going to hit up Sonic but at the last minute decided to stop by this Jack in the box. I was expecting just a normal Jack in the Box with the bare minimum customer service, but the lady (I forget her name but it started with an S and had a Y in it) was AMAZING, very helpful and kind. The service was STELLAR. Even though we had a short wait (we ordered a lot of food), we were compensated with a bobble head. I have always wanted a bobble head since I was a young child. It made me and my lovers day. The quality of the food is OUTSTANDING and I received all of my necessary sauces. We will be coming back to this location. Thank you!!!!!“
“Most crispy taco from jack in the box ever!!!I never leave comments but I have too ive been to jack in the box for over 20 years I have never seen or had such a perfectly made taco from jack in the box not soggy or full of grease at all taco didn't look like shit thank you jack in the box team. “Not the average review. I came in tonight hoping to take advantage of the munch better deals for a cheap and affordable dinner. The customer service was great, the young lady at the front was very kind and deserves praise. When I ordered, I requested my burger plain, when it arrived to my table, I noticed it had a load of mayo on it. The usually person would be grossed out and disappointed, not a huge deal, its customer service and things happen. When I went back up to mention it, the same young lady was extremely apologetic, and was sure to make it right. Not only did I get to keep my original sandwich, but the staff gave me a little chocolate cake for my troubles! Amazing customer service at this location, can’t wait to be back.“
“The last 3 times I've ordered from this location have been phenomenal. During the last 3 visits, there's been the same gentleman working the drive thru and kitchen. He is extremely polite, friendly, fast, and efficient. On top of that, the food each time has been incredible and has far exceeded my expectations. This employee deserves praise and recognition for his great work. The experience he has provided has been bringing me back much sooner and more frequently than I normally would.

“We don't eat out very often but last week, I was very sick! We ordered from here using the Jack App 3 times last week. Their drive through line takes a long time (which is fine bc they make their food as ordered so it's fresh) so ordering from home and picking it up inside the lobby was perfect. Our orders were 100% perfect. I didn't make any personalizations to our order like no mayo or anything like that, but still, it's nice that they get just the simple things correct, especially when you aren't feeling the best. I feel they really cared to make sure there wasn't grease all over the outside of the bag and our fries weren't at the bottom of the bag when we got home. Just saying, the night crew did a phenomenal job and I really appreciated their efforts. Thank you evening crew!“
“My bride and I were starving and we're going to hit a resturant like Village Inn or something and we both noticed the Jack in the Box.
So glad we stopped here. The food was good as usual but what I wanted to point out was the dude that served us.
He made this visit just pleasant ☺️.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Salt, Shakes, and Smash Burgers
Stopped by this Jack in the Box on Power Rd, and I gotta say—it was an experience. Ordered the smash burger, which was definitely smashed. Fresh? Yes. Salty? Also yes. Pretty sure my sodium intake is covered for the next week.
Also got a shake, which was less of a drink and more of a dairy-based endurance challenge. I tried to sip it, but my straw just laughed at me. Ended up waiting for it to melt like some kind of milkshake amateur.
Overall, solid fast food joint. Just bring a chisel for the shake and a gallon of water to balance out the salt.“
“We've lived in the valley now for almost 6 years and today was the first time my wife and I tried Jack In The Box. We got the smash burgers and I have to admit they were probably the juiciest, most flavorful burgers we've had in the valley by far! I got the double bacon smash burger and it was phenomenal! We'll definitely be coming back again 👍“
“I've been coming here on and off for years. It's one of the few places nearby open early enough for me to get food if I'm running behind in the mornings. I just got an online order last night(and saw all the negative reviews), order was correct like usual. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, that's not the experience I have had with this location.“
“The Mexican girls that are excellent . Definitely a good place to pick up a bite to eat. Or dine-in. The tables were well worn but that didn't bother me. I liked the women that work there. Food is Jack in the box food so it's pretty damn good.“
“I want to send a shout out to Shania. She works at the Jack in The box at University and stapley. I want to thank her for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I had a slight discrepancy in regards to my loaded breakfast sandwich. However she clarified Jack in the box's menu and I was able to have a better understanding
