“I love the manager at this location!! She has helped me in more than one situation and is always very nice!
Food is always made correctly to my order and sauces are always added to my bag along with napkins.

“I give them five stars on everything because I actually love this place during the day but Google needs to be more specific in pointing out that ONLY the drive through is open 24 hours and NOT the restaurant. I just walked in there 15 minutes ago when walking home from my night job and was turned away and told the lobby was closed. So, only drive through after 10 pm I guess.“
“Came here on a Friday morning to grab some late breakfast/brunch while visiting my brother. Not far from where he stays so we walked over. Happy to see that their chicken teriyaki bowl now comes with the option to sub brown rice instead of white rice. Quick service and it won't cost you much.“
“Hey Jack and social team, now that you brought back the chicken supreme with the mayo-onion sauce may I suggest that you start putting the mayo-onion sauce back on the other sandwiches as well? We have been waiting YEARS for the chicken supreme and the mayo onion sauce to return. This sauce was the secret to why your food tasted so good and special back in the day. Pass this message up, make the change and advertise the heck out of it and I guarantee you this would be good marketing that brings your old customers back and intrigue new ones. It would be cool to play the nostalgia card in the advertising. Consider it please this was the right move guys you need to capitalize on it… and do not get rid of the onion-mayo sauce again keep it and utilize it!“
“I was very impressed with this jack in the box and there excellent customer service i came in after 10 Pm not expecting much on November 15th but the food was excellent and came out fast. They also explained that the lobby was closing early and they were apologetic about it even though that’s something that isn’t in their control. That’s going above and beyond in customer service! Thanks jack in the box!“
“The staff was super duper friendly and welcoming, with a smile to boot! Especially with the holidays, that was very impressive. When I let the team lead know he had an A+ crew he introduced them all and they all said good morning and thanked me.“
“Just came through placed a order online. I went to pick up the food and everything was fresh and hot. The young lady up front keep moving around as if she was by herself, she was awesome and fast love her attitude will be coming again. I understand everyone frustration but dont expect much when is 1 or 2 people here“
