“I had one of the best experiences at Jack in the Box on Pinal. The person at the drive though (Devin) was patient, loud and clear, and ensured our order was right before we left. Had our drinks and condiments ready without having to ask! What amazed me the most is that this person reported only working there for 5 months. By far one of the best customer service interactions at a fast food place.“
“Been reading online how Jack In th Box is catching a bunch of slack it's probably a certain store they based everything off. If you want great food, big portions and great quality. Extremely clean! friendly people come try the one in Case Grande this store does not disappoint. I get it I have tried the Ultimate cheese burgers at another location and was not satisfied it tasted overcooked and dry but the Casa Grande location nails it every time taste fresh and the right amount of sauce seriously good burgers here“
