“So we had a really horrible experience at this Jack in the box. But the reason i'm giving it five stars is because of the district manager Yessica. The employee we dealt with originally was so rude. She would not fix the order that was wrong and told my bf she wasn't going to fix it and he should leave. We actually ended up going to a different Jack in the box and paying double for the same food.I placed a complaint on the main website and received a call back from Yessica and she not only apologized but also refunded the first order and gave us a few coupons. Thank you for making it right Yessica“
“I went through the drive thru at almost 9pm becuase I was really craving good good sauce. I asked the guy at the window if I could have like 2 handfuls(if that was allowed) and he said absolutely. As my order was getting prepared he said I must really like it, so I mentioned it was the main reason I was there, to which he responds "I'll get you as much as I can"Just a couple minutes later he hands me a bag filled to the brim with good good sauce, I was left absolutely speechless and could not stop thanking them all!This location specifically is now my sworn go to place whenever I need a pick me up. If you're that guy reading this, you deserve the world, thank you for the extra sauce.“
“This Jack sets the bar. I love Jack and so I visit often. In fact this is the 2nd time today. Service is on point. Very friendly staff and it starts with the manager. Consistent service throughout the restaurant. The food was cooked to order and was great. I went to another Jack in the box earlier today who was competing with McDonalds on the amount of trips it takes through the drive thru to get your full order. Kudos to this restaurant and the leadership team!“
