“Went to drive thru and ordered a large vanilla milkshake with a spoon and NO STRAW. (Just had a dental implant with liquid diet only). Advised that Jack doesn't have any spoons! Offered a fork and replied NO. Got to window to pay and Heather (Mgr) offered to spin the shake again to make it easier for me to eat. Replied Yes. The shake was awesome (had an extra spoon in glove box). Heather went the EXTRA MILE. THANK YOU!!“
