When I walked in I wasn't sure where to pick up the pizza, but the staff helped direct me to the right place. It was really busy since it was Christmas Eve but staff was welcoming and helpful. “I’m no stranger to Torchy’s (discovered it in Houston right before I moved to the valley almost ten years ago), so I was excited to see it make its way out west. The food was great, but beyond that the staff was friendly and very kind. My partner forgot to nix an ingredient on his tacos (which was our fault) and the server offered to remake the tacos. The manager, Nic, built some rapport with us and noticed our chips were pretty small pieces for much of the tray, and offered to bring us new ones, which was completely unexpected. Nic was also all over the place — from bussing tables, to behind the bar or register, an then in and out of the kitchen, and he still found time to talk to us and make sure our experience was exemplary. We’ll definitely be back, but probably choose this location over the central Phoenix one because of this experience. Thanks again, Nic and staff!“

“we have been out here in AZ for 16 years from Chicago. there is no other pizza we choose Deno's is the place. Never scrimps. Great sausage, only thin crust no other crust choices , thin crust cut in squares, the real way. their beef sandwiches are great ,piled high with lots of beef get more gravy on the side. Fries, ex excellent.. they are the real deal. have small dining area tables, go up and order your food they bring to you. self serve soda, you can also byob here. been going here many years , down home real chi pizza. no other crust offered here,they only make the thin crust piled high . eat in or pick up. not sure if door dash or others . this is the local treasure.“

We got spaghetti with salad, bread (which is my favorite by the way), meatballs(10/10), and French onion soup! My kids don’t even like onions - yet loved the soup! Seriously give this place a 10/10. Number one is the none removal of finished plates...
Number two is I think the main chef dropped the salt shaker into the sauces...

They were friendly, joked around with us, service was outstanding and they introduced us to Liquor 43.\n\nThe food and service were Amazing! “The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was great, with the exception that the bacon was the texture of jerky and the scrambled eggs were very bland. The atmosphere is a bit crowded and due to that it's quite loud making it a tad difficult to have a conversation without needing to raise your voice a bit. I believe the outside sitting is ideal for this reason, not nearly as loud so better suited for anyone with auditory issues.“

Spoke to a manager and I remember him shrugging his shoulder and said we just opened. Trying to iron out the kinks. I vowed to never come again After yrs. I stopped by. Was craving the grand slam.
