Burger with fries - yummy. Open faced roast beef - alright. We walked in after a hike at the Petrified Forest, so we were hungry. We were greated by the friendly staff and stopped us right by the pies. They all looked yummy! We chatted a bit & then removed ourselves to a booth. Waitress was very nice. We took our son and his bio-mom to lunch for his birthday. Had a great lunch and a good time visiting. Unlike some places these days you can hear each other while visiting at Trappers!

Friendly service, delicious comfort food with huge portions, and the pies are to die for! Highlights of the meal were the onions rings, chef salad (super fresh and with homemade dressings), and the beef melt with chili peppers. Seating and layout was comfortable also with cute country decorations. The menu front page of the menu describes the history of this family owned restaurant...really neat.
