Better Buzz Coffee offers delicious coffee with a wide array of generous sizes and choices, including the Hazelnut divinity and candy cane best drink. The goodies, like the cheese danish and the perfect snickerdoodle cookie, are also recommended. The service can be impeccable and delightful, with bright and welcoming staff. The store is clean. However, the drive-thru system has serious issues, with orders being completely lost and customer service described as a mess, including mistakes with drinks like a hot Americano. While many have a wonderful experience and love the store, some customers have had very poor service at the drive-thru and will not return.
