First time at Cava because there's none where I live and I love it! Food is so good and fresh. Service is efficient and great, especially Lindsey. She is so sweet and patient. She answered all our questions about the drinks without getting annoyed, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back to this location the next time I'm in Phoenix

I discovered Cava in NYC. I was thrilled when it came to the Phoenix area. I've been to many of the locations in the valley, but for some reason the University and Rural is my favorite. The staff is always personable and upbeat and recognize me with a friendly smile. My favorite thing to order is greens and grains with salmon!!
Delicious and healthy!!
