Got to the line, chi- fil-a guys were taking peoples orders behind me, not only keeping me waiting longer, but also everyone else behind me.They were skimpy with my fries and gave me 11 nuggets not 12.
Had to wait like almost 15 minutes for my order( just some nuggets and fries). Barely any line when I was there. At least 6 people who ordered after me got there orders before I did. Some of those people got their meals immediately right after ordering. Pretty sure the guy who was reading the orders was new or something cause he must’ve been reading the orders backwards or something. Food was great as always, service was great, it’s just the dude. I think his name was Diviz.
I actually wanted some spicy chicken strips. They said that I could only have spicy chicken on a sandwich. I was very disappointed. However, I proceeded to order a spicy chicken sandwich. I had them add pepper jack cheese as my choice for cheese on my sandwich. My cheese was cold. I mean ice cold. I thought that it could have been at least room temperature and ideally I would prefer that the cheese be slightly melted. My sandwich/chicken was not hot as well. The spice level was...
