I door dashed a chicken and egg muffin and it didn’t have any chicken on it, just muffin and egg. After realizing this I drove to the store to get a new sandwich that includes chicken, and instead of making me a new sandwich my nearly hour old sandwich (at this point) is handed back to the kitchen so they can throw some chicken on it. I tried to get the girl’s attention and explain that was old and I’d like a fresh sandwich and she looked at me very confused. No real effort...read full review
You can only mobile order or walk up order as they closed their dining room. The cashiers consistently pretend they can't hear you, their fries are never filled up, and missing sauces! It is a shame and embarrassing to call this a CFA.
What’s the point of asking if we want sauces and having screens literally in your face telling you what to put in the order of y’all are still gonna just not put them in. Only Chick-fil-A that has such a hard time
